Mindy Honcoop is a tenured People Leader and HR advisor passionate about writing, speaking, and advising HR technology companies. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Mindy has guided leaders in optimizing their workplaces and has also become a respected author, speaker, and trusted advisor in the industry.

As the founder of Agile in HR, LLC, Mindy brings her expertise to help organizations develop agile and human-centered workplaces. Her extensive knowledge and experience have led her to hold leadership roles at companies such as Care.com, Spiceworks  Ziff Davis, and Expedia, and she served as the Chief People Officer at TCP Software.

Beyond her professional achievements, Mindy is actively involved in non-profit work, serving on the board of Love Justice International. She is also a co-founder of the Austin Women in Agile meetup. She has taken the lead in launching Disrupt HR Austin 3.0, showcasing her commitment to fostering collaboration and innovation in the HR community.
